Is there a repair or replacement for the hinge?
The hinge on one side has broken, and the other side is starting to really crack. Is there a repair or replacement for this?

This would happen to our flip phone, but a much older model. I would buy the same model for parts and swap the pieces that I needed. Usually, I would find my replacements on eBay. If it's out of warranty, that would be the easiest thing to do.

What's the best way to get it clicked in?
I feel like I'm breaking it
What are you trying to click in?
The top and bottom
@meinyosele Keep the device open on a flat surface and push in the hinge.
You'll want to buy a new lower Hinge, you can buy one on eBay for less than $20 shipped.
Something like this. Under $20
Side note; Make sure to transfer the old metal bracket and metal grounding tab to your new hinge that way you still have oem small parts and a tight snug fitting bracket. The Aftermarket small little parts on the hinges aren't as good as the old small parts so take off those two little parts and transfer them.

Check whether the hinge got any rust on it - then spray WD-40, if the hinge has become too tight need to replace with new one.

I'm not sure where you got that idea from, but I would not spray any WD-40 on that device, as small as it is you would just potentially ruin some of the microchips on the PCB board.
There shouldn't be any rust building up on the hinge. If there is any dirt or anything of that sort, you can simply remove that bracket or the little pin hinge and clean it with an alcohol wipe.
Most of the hinge body is plastic, so you shouldn't be having any rust.
Ironically, I never had it where someone had a too tight of a hinge. It's most often where the hinge becomes loose. Let alone you don't want the phone flinging open because of some lubricant. Lastly, who wants to smell that every time you make a phone call.
