Autofocus out of range

Hi

My 5d Mark ii does not focus right and is way out of focus so it doesn’t help to do the micro-adjustment seen in a lots of videos on youtube.

How do I open the camera to adjust the autofocus point “the hard way”. The way they do at the factory?

Maybe something broken?
