Hello, o changed the password of the lock which is at the left bottom of the window and now it doesn't let me to do anything ,such as to put another software or any other action,it asks the username and password and everything i put is wrong,how can i reset this
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

The administrative password can be easily replaced by a new one if you run on Mac Os El Capitan 10.11 or earlier versions, it’s sufficient to enter the terminal App from recovery mode (press ALT key at startup to access recovery partition) and type resetpassword. If you are on Sierra or later unless you have an Apple ID to help you reset the password you’re screwed, sorry, as far as I know there’s no way to make system changes that require a password.
