My friend turned on her phone and it just randomly had two white squares on the left side of her screen is there a way to fix it or does she need to buy a new phone

Can you be more specific? Is it just two white squares and nothing else? Are there two white squares superimposed over the display? Can you see the squares when the device is just booting up or only after it’s fully running? Have you tried turning it off and on? What have you tried so far?

It’s only there when the phone is fully running and I kept trying to turn it off and on

Sounds like its just a screen related issue. Just replace it Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) Display auswechseln
