Here’s a link to the 2007-8 Nissan Rogue service repair manual
Scroll down through the Contents to find the Audio, Visual & Navigation System link.
Click on the link and when it opens in a new page, wait until the document loads into the document box and then scroll down in the box to find p.AV-35. This section describes how to remove the antenna.
Next go back to the Contents page and find the Interior link, click on the link and then find p.Int-24, to find information on the “Normal Roof - removal and installation” or “Sunroof removal and installation” (p.Int-27) mentioned in the antenna removal notes.

If it’s just the rubber antenna not the base it just twists counter clock wise
