What do you mean by "losing picture"?
Does the screen turn black, is there still audio when there is no picture?
How long does the picture stay on for?
Did you try different inputs, input types e.g. HDMI, AV, Component etc , signal sources e.g. DVD player perhaps etc to see if the problem is still there or not?
