Why is my PS4 not turning on consistently?

Dusted off my PS4 after two years and plugged it in (Model 1215). Booted up as normal, but when I tried playing a Pre-Owned copy of Persona 5 (first run), the console shut down with no codes or warnings. From then on, the PS4 would always give me a quick flash of a blue light whenever I tried turning it on. After that has happened, I couldn't turn it on unless I replugged the power cable. Sometimes (every 1/50?), the console would boot up as normal then turn off (this happened twice, one of them performed a software update then shut off and didn't restart.). I've tried multiple outlets. It also seems that my power button might be broken, so I power it up via the controller. Any idea of what's happening?

I've been taking a look at it a bit longer, it looks like it will boot up normally once it is discharged for about an hour. I've tried other games with the console, all to the same result, albeit some lasting longer than others (but never past the art). I'm concluding that it's something with the PSU, but if anyone has any better ideas, please tell me!
