When someone calls they cannot leave a message because it says my mailbox has no more space. Yet when I check for messages the machine says I have none. I also delete old messages and it says there are none to delete.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

What is the model number of the phone?
Are you sure that the phone has its' answering machine setup correctly and that the message is not coming from the Voicemail service on your phone service (if it is setup) provided by your landline phone service provider?
If you have a Voicemail service on the same line, is the answer machine setup to answer the call, before the Voicemail does, i.e. what is the ring time setting on both the answer machine and the Voicemail service?

Yes it's a black uniden answering machine it won't somebody whenever I get a call it won't go to my answering machine

Please verify the make and model number of the phone system as shown on the product label on the bottom of the base unit.
You have provided the model number of the battery i.e. EXI 7248 used by Uniden DECT type cordless phones and searching for ad30020155 gives no results
EX a 7248-035 ad300-20155
I cannot find any information using the model number you are posting, not even a user manual.
Please double check if there is another model number somewhere else on the machine
