Fan start to throttle and base gets too hot?

After 10 minutes of use, my surface book gets too hot and shuts down and it has stopped recognising my graphic card. Any help is appreciated.

I took it apart, but don’t see anything out of ordinary.

If you did open it then clean it well. Then, Just reinstall OS. Most likely you have some spyware.
