van cranks but wont start, new battery, new coil pack, new fuel pump,

did it just have this issue suddenly which caused you to replace all of those things or did things start failing slowly? get a compression test done is a good start as its easy to do and cheap at a garage if you don’t have the kit and will at least narrow to problem down. check fuel pressure, make sure plugs are clean and nothings blocking the airway into the cylinders. if all this is fine you could check the timing as that will stop it from starting.
