Looks like a bad screen or bad LVDS cable. To be on the safe side check with an external monitor/TV that you don’t have the same artifact on the external source. If everything looks fine, first step would be to reseat and then replace LVDS cable and then screen or you may go for a full screen assembly that’s a way faster solution.
