Is this possible and could you guide me in the right way?

I want to take the battery and chargeport or even half the board of this mp4 player.

And put it in this mouse to be rechargable.

Is this possible or am i just wasting my time?

Sorry, this is not going to work with the battery you have. You’ll note the battery is marked as 180mAh 3.7 ~ 4.2 volts. Looking at your mouse it is using one AA battery which is 2400 mAh 1.5 Volts (typical drain 50 mA).

The easer way is just get a AA rechargeable and use it using the current battery connectors.
