The Isight camera bracket is not going in with the 1.2 mm screws

I tried screwing in the isight bracket with the 1.2 mm screw, it does not go in at all and that is the right screw, I am trying to do a repair for a customer and want the isight bracket to be on, but for some reason the screw is not fastening it! I have tried almost every screw!
