How can I get my Samsung S5560 Marvel fixed?

So , I bought this Samsung phone in Hong Kong , its a one year warranted . So , I've dropped my phone a couple of times and a few were hard . My phone keeps freezing , most of the time my lock button automatically goes off and i can't unlock my phone . I can't even get it to light up . It's like all buttons have been disconnected or something . I reset my calibration and it hasn't changed a thing . I take out the battery and put it back in , the same problem occurs . Nothing seems to be working , I also havent used it for about 2 days because i thought maybe it needs to be rested , but i guess not .. what should i do ? Please help me !

Jayceann, are you technically inclined? You did say that your phone is warranted for one year. If your phone is still covered under that warranty, use it and replace your phone. If not then at this point I would like to suggest that you start with a hard reset Samsung Phone s5560 by entering *2767*3855# BE AWARE that this will delete all your data, contacts, txt msg, pictures etc. COPY all your data onto your SIM or a PC. Remove the SIM card when you try to reset. If this does not help, I think it is time for you to take your phone apart. Look for any loose connections, broken cables, dislodged button and check the logic board for any cracks. I do have a service manual available, BUT it is written in Chinese. I used it by following the pictures and a lot of imagination. Anyhow, you can download it from here. Good Luck and let us know what you find out.

alright so this sucks .. i cant open the manual link download you sent me .. soo , i guess idk what to do now . should i just turn this in to one of those cell phone companies to see whats the problem ?

I just tried the link again, and it does work. Give it another try. When you click on it, it should start downloading the manual. Alright so i just tried the hard rest thing ... still the same . so now i just needa try the remove parts stuff ;P
