Coupling grounding connector flex

after successfully replacing the camera I discovered a lose flexible grounding connector on my magnetic parts holder. I must of took out the wrong two screws that held the connector in place.

my issue is I do not know here the connector was originally located. There is a hole for a screw at each end of the connector, I found the lose screws but don’t know where they attach.
