Gree Strip on Front ScanSnap ix500

Hi Community,

Immer wenn man ein Dokument scannen möchte mit einem Fujitsu ScanSnap ix500, dann hat die jeweilige Vorderseite einen durchgehenden, vertikalen grünen Strich. Ich vermute, das es sich um eine Verschmutzung handelt, konnte durch eine erste oberflächliche Reinigung jedoch nicht entfernt werden. Woran kann es sonst liegen? Muss etwas geöffnet werden?

Whenever I want to scan a document, the respective front side has a continuous vertical green line. I suspect that this is a contamination that could not be removed by a first cleaning. What else could be the reason? Do I have to open something?
