Hi,
recently when travelling with my laptop in my bag it must have experienced some sort of blunt trauma.
Along the top of my trackpad has sunken. Whilst the keyboard does not register clicks anymore. Although is still fully functional bar from that.
Is there anyway I can realign or fix this problem? Many thanks. I have attached a photo.

Here’s the maintenance and service guide for your laptop, taken from this webpage
Go to p.34-40 to view the necessary steps and then the procedure to remove the keyboard/top cover assembly and the touchpad.
Check what has happened to the bracket that is holding the touchpad and also check the touchpad cable connections etc
Be aware of the following note on p.34 when you start to dis-assemble the laptop and then re-assemble it afterwards:
“There are as many as 55 screws that must be removed, replaced, and/or loosened when servicing Authorized Service Provider only parts. Make special note of each screw size and location during removal and replacement.”.
The manual also contains the part numbers for all the components, so if a part needs replacing,search online using the part number only, in the search term of your browser, to get results for suppliers

If you're coming here from a search engine and want to find the service manual for your specific laptop, I found my own variant (again, apparently) by searching for:
HP 15-eh "Maintenance and Service Guide"
for a 15-eh0018na (opens in a new tab). This highlights the specific words for the search engine. ManualsLib naturally also has its own copy. Just for the love of God make sure it matches your laptop (the one in that link should work for 15-eg models as they're just the Intel variant).

Both links in the 1st answer above still work OK, for me anyway. The manual (1st link) may be slow in downloading but that's all
In the comments above the answer the OP confirmed the laptop model is a HP Pavilion x360 14-ba094sa and not a HP Pavilion Touchsmart 15 as selected by them.
I've learnt to ask for the full model numbers from OPs before answering, especially if they only select a model series. Helps in linking the correct parts etc, since there can be variations between models in a model series. Also if they've selected the wrong model series ;-)
