Please verify the model number of the oven and also which element is faulty?

From what I can tell also, the BOV845BSS has most, if not almost all of the same parts as the BOV800XL, which is much easier to find parts for. The website linked above confirmed the lower heating element fits the 845 too.

I have BOV 450XL & glass tubing surrounding heating element also broke. Can glass be replaced?
Can the above comment Re: BOV450XL be answered?
2 4” stainless steel zip ties to hold up the glass on a clean break. So far it’s working well.
