Bad SSD? Or overheats? Freezes after clean install of OS High Sierra.
Hey Guys,
I have a bit of a problem with my 2009 27” iMac.
It has been shutting down halfway through botting up. I then booted into recovery mode and was able to do a clean OS install on the iMac then booted up no problem.
Then as I use it, the iMac just freezes (but the mouse still works) and I won’t be able to do anything until I force reboot it.
Sometimes, there are some graphic distortions onscreen (only during boot up), could this be due to overheating?
I’m considering changing out the SSD as this might be the problem?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks
Ist dies eine gute Frage?
