iPhone 7/8 Home Button Paint Coat Issues

Hello Everybody!

I have an iPhone 8 that I bought on December 1st, 2019. I have been using it since the without any issues. The thing is that some days ago, on Thursday, April 30, 2020, the Home Button Coat Completely fell off. I have never exposed my phone to heat, chemicals, moisture or something like that. I’m afraid I might scratch the Home button or something else. What can I do? Will it lose Touch ID? Why do my fingerprint stays at the screen after I use the Home button even if I just washed my hand?Please help me
