Why is my PS4 not displaying on TV?

Hello, I was using a hdmi to dvi-d cable to play on my pc monitor these past few days and all of a sudden red dots where appearing on dark colors all over my screen but it wasn’t my monitors fault. I assumed it was the hdmi to dvi-d cable so I went back to my tv with the normal hdmi cable and nothing was happening.. It’s not picking up any signal and isn’t displaying anything on safe mode. I have tried 3 hdmi cables and 2 tvs and nothing works but it still displays on my monitor, though it still has the red dot on dark colors. What happened ?
