No boot no dfu stuck on 0,16A

I’m wondering if there’s a short somewhere. I had an X in recently where it would draw .44a then drop to .01a and cycle back and forth every few seconds. Maybe send it off to iPad Rehab or STS Telecom?

You will need a multi meter, a microscope, most likely a hot air machine, a soldering iron, you will also need the higher to split and reattach the board (it's a split board and has contacts around the outside of the board).
