Machine not powering on - logic board issue?

The machine itself will not power on. I have tried an SMC reset, but it had no effect. I’ve tried multiple chargers in all available ports, and there is no change. I’ve disconnected the battery and attempted to power on with the charger connected, but there is no response. Attached is an image of the voltage being sent from the charger. It would seem that the machine is not drawing enough voltage to power on properly. The main question is, is this most likely a problem with the logic board? Or is it possible replacing the battery could resolve the issue? I do not have a separate battery available for testing.

Note also that there are no signs of liquid damage.

This is likely a Board level issue (because i think the RAM, CPU, and SSD are soldered on most Macbook, Macbook Air, and Macbook Pro models.) and thus you need to unfortunately replace the Logic Board. I saw in the pictures that the Macbook is opened, was it like this before it stopped working?

The problem was present before removing the bottom plate. We took the bottom plate off to investigate.

Ok, so that means it rules out a dust-related issue because the machine was closed. Does the MacBook show anything on its primary display?

Most likely a board issue. Macs tend to be able to boot without a battery installed.
