Picture not shown. and red light blinks continuously

When I switch on my TV ,a green light blinks for 4-5 seconds then red light starts blinking and TV does not turn on .Nothing is shown on tv. when green light blinks only sound is heard and after this red light blinks continuously and nothing is shown on the screen.Screen is blank.The tv does not turn on
