Speaker Botton greyed our
iPhone 7, in phone calls I can’t here them & they can’t hear me unless I’m running through Bluetooth speaker. Also my speaker button on the screen is greyed out?

This is likely caused by an issue with the audio IC chip on the board and will require microsoldering to repair. If you have a repair shop in your area that does iPhone microsoldering, bringing it there might be your best bet.
