Why are there white lines and a black spot on my MacBook Pro display?

My problem is that I have several white lines running across my screen and a black circle on the bottom right corner. These are new problems for me.

For a while now, I've had a persistent white flickering line just above the Apple bar (File, Edit, View etc.) I restarted my system and the problems are still present.

System Specs:

• MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
• Processor 2 GHz Intel Core i7
• Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
• Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
