I replaced the battery but when i turn it on it only shows the apple for about 15-30 seconds then shuts off is the battery faulty or is it because ive pulled the connector off the board before and its still not getting a good connection?

Are the connectors intact? the connector is really sensible so you have to be carful every time you disconnect that. check and see if one of the pins are broken you should have 4 coper pins in the battery connector.

i realized today that one of the 4 solder pads came off when the connector got pulled off. I scratched off the solder until i saw copper and got solder to stick.
how do i know if im getting a good connection on each contact point?
