It red ring of deathed, turned out to be the disc drive was goofing up and i fixed it by plugging the ide cable back in again. How do i put the top on? I got the front metal clips to clip but cant get the ones on the back of it to clip into place

Hi!
Actually, the top case goes right on. First the back side and then the left-right side - front side (worked for me).

Yep! Got it. I must have bent those aluminum pin things, but bent them back. Its not perfect, but its way better than almost not even on
Great :)! Yes, sometimes you need to bent them a little and then it will snap on!

@aactech yeah. I dont know if i bent the tabs, i also dont know which way to bend them back
