power windows and door locks do not work on either of the doors

My 1989 Chevy Silverado 1500 Extended cab set for awhile and now the power windows and door locks do not work on either of the doors. I do not know we’re the fuse is located. I am electrically challenged but learn fast after a shock or two.

Any ideals?
