Torx T5 Screwdriver And Battery Screws For XPS 15 9550 Laptop?

Hi i got two questions and lookiing for advice. I have an old dell xps 15 9550 laptop bought years ago with the smaller 56wh battery. The battery eventually got swollen not long ago. I was in another country at the time recently and had a shop there remove my swollen battery, they showed me it and disposed of it. So as of now, im using laptop no internal battery and plugged in.

Now that im back home, I bought a new dell xps battery from parts people the 84wh battery. I have that with me at the moment. Now when i look at the battery, it is only the battery, nothing else, no tools or screws etc.

I took a look at the tools i have here at home, and I do not have the T5 torx screwdriver needed to open the laptop up. But I do have that phillips 00 though.

I would like to replace the laptop battery myself as oppose to go to a repair shop and pay them for it. At the moment, there is no battery in the laptop.

I see on this site, i could order the torx 5 screwdriver but shipping seems to take a week probably? Because of this, i like to buy that on amazon and receive it quicker. Can anyone tell me if this works to open up the xps? I did see it says this screwdriver cannot be used to remove the back panel screws. Well since these screws are located in the back of the xps laptop, would this work? Its 5 dollars or so and thus i dont want to spend a ton on those kits since i only need this torx 5 screwdriver only? If not, can you link mr to another t5 screwdriver on amazon?

Now my other question is this. If i can open up my laptop with the torx 5 screwdriver that I will buy, when I open it up, is there a good chance the repair guy who removed my swollen 56wh battery and disposed of it… threw the screws out or did not put those back in my laptop? Because if i only have the battery, wouldn’t i need screws to put it back in?
