Why is my zeepad 9XN-Q 4.4 version

will not connect the internet, keeps saying not found have 64 bit card in still says no connection.

Hi,

Can you connect to your home WiFi network router OK?

If not, check if the tablet is detecting any WiFi networks. Go to Settings > WiFi Settings > WiFi Networks and see how many networks are detected by the tablet.

When you say the 64 bit card, do you mean a 64GB SD card? If so this is used for data storage and not for connecting to the internet.
