LCD panel replacement with different (A2)(C1)(C2)... indexes

Long story short, Western Digital drive crapped out before even a year. In the process of replacing not sure what happened but left side of the screen now has a grey box over it, aka broken LCD screen.

The machine is my imac 27 late 2013. I disassembled LCD and its' the LM270WQ1(SD)(F1) . Searching for this panel I found they are darn expensive, so much that its almost cheaper to just replace the whole machine!

Are there other models with a difference suffix that are compatible?
