Compatible with European networks
Is an iPhone4S that I'll buy in the States immediatelly compatible on the European networks (without the unlock chip GEVEY)

I believe the iPhone 4S will be locked to their respective carriers in the U.S. You would have to wait until the phone comes out in your country unless unlocked with GEVEY Sim Unlock.

ifiximod (strange nick btw) is right - the iphone 4s from the states are locked - so if you want to get it t work in europe with a european sim card - get one without a sim- or netlock! - surely they are not cheap - but they will work - i paid 679€ for the 16gb (regular german o2 price).
so why bother with a locked phone ?

Definitely your iphone 4s locked to US network provider.If you need to put any one of the european network provider.You will need to unlock your mobile phone.Nowadays there are lot of ways available to unlock iphone.I woud suggest Remote unlocking method.It's the best way to unlock your iphone without jailbreaking.Recently i unlocked my mobile phone using this method.If you are interested in this method visit http://www.superunlockcodes.com/apple-ip...
