P30 Pro hang on Huawei Logo after Screen Replacement

Hey there,

i've tried to replace the screen on several p30 pro devices (device has been working before). Unfortunately i allways run into the same problem: After reassambling the phone is stuck at huawei Logo, EMUI erecovery shows the retrieving package inforation failed. Trying the old display doesnt work either, same result. I've tried to replace the screen very carefully, i'm an experienced phone repairer so i think, that there is nothing damaged...Did anyone experience the same? Could it be possible, that this is caused by not changing the heatpaste? thanks for your help
