PS3 slim starts without picture

Hey guys!

I’ve got a problem with a PS3 slim. When I turn on the machine there isn’t picture and after 1-2 minutes of running the fan gets very noisy (i guess its running on max level) . There isn’t yellow led or anything like that, there isnt HDD in the machine. Does someone have any idea what this could be?
