Microphone pickups damped sounds

Hey my problem is that my AirPods both are picking up a damped sound.

It usually doesn’t pick up the first few words i say afterwards it’s working fine for a short time. I’ve already changed both my AirPods with the Apple Care+ Service tho it didn’t last really long. Now i wonder if anyone here got a similiar problem and if so, is there a solution. I’ve already tried to change the Microphone to left or right as it doesn’t really matter i changed it back to automatic.

I haven’t dropped my airpods in any liquid or on the floor as others here so it shouldn’t be my fault.
