Why is my video camera showing all white?

i am able to see people, but they are not able to see me. They just see a blank white screen.

Hi @sangria ,

What is the status of the webcam in Device Manager?

Go to Device Manager > Imaging Devices > right click on webcam entry > Properties > general tab > Device status box. Does it say "This device is working properly"?
