My Teddy Ruxbin will not work when I press his right paw . batteries are new ive blue toothed teddy with the app but when im instructed to start the story and press Teddy’s right paw then nothing happens. Any ideas guys

I’m pretty sure the right paw button sewing has come undone and the button has moved out of place like up to his mid arm, or a soldered wire has come loose and is no longer making a signal to the teddy. If you can feel and press the button, that means something has gone wrong with the wiring, if you cant press the button, and only feel stuffing that means the button has moved, thus its probably in the arm and the sewing has come undone. https://youtu.be/b5cAXW8fgXM
