Bluetooth randomly turns off

Hello, I switched to iPhone 6S couple of weeks ago. I replaced a screen on it. I have an issue with bluetooth, it randomly turns off and I can’t turn in back until it somehow fixes by itself after couple of minutes later. When this happends, the bluetooth setting goes unuseable (as seen on screenshots). Any ideas how to fix it?
