Seems like an ignition or fuel system issue. How long ago have you changed the spark plugs? If you are running OE Champion or NGK plugs for over 30k miles you surely need to change them since they are made of nickel and don't last long. Check this article on 5.7 HEMI spark plugs if you need a replacement.
Regarding the fuel system, it's better to check injectors and fuel pump via ECU, but it's better to be done by a professional engine tuner.
