N64 with audio but no video

Hello! I’m working on an N64 that I want to sell right now that has audio, but no picture.

I’ve fixed up a few N64’s before, so to cover common issues, I know my tv, cables, game, controller, and expansion pack are good because they work on my personal N64.

I’ve also cleaned the whole board with 99% IPA, reflowed the AV port, and I’ve recapped the important video capacitors, but still no luck. When I turn it on, the red light comes on, and you can hear the game, and if you know the game by heart, you can even play the game without issue, but the screen says no signal. I know there are a lot of N64’s that will show a black screen when you turn it on, but this one doesn’t even register a signal.
