Replacing Face ID Flex Cable on iPad Pro 12.9 Gen 3 ebay aliexpress

I have seen these flex cables and all sellers told me I do not need any reprogramming device to make them work on ipad pro. I bought a cheap ipad pro without screen and missing flex cable so I was wondering if anyone knows will it work or not?
