How too reformat a ps5 without safemode

My ps5 beeps three times then shuts off shortly after ive done some research and ive concluded that it is a firmware problem but as it shuts off shortly after i cannot properly system reset ive seen a youtube video of someone with the same problem but i cannot figure out how they formatted it and as my ps5 has had a prior roach infestation (due too storage at a hotel) i cannot send it in too sony too be fixed.

If it does not go into safe mode or does not stay on, it’s a hardware problem, don’t assume this is software.
Go to Sony to have it fixed.

I appreciate the answer but as i stated above i cannot have it sent too sony due too it being infested with bugs prior and as i was using it yesterday with no noticeable problems i do doubt its a hardware problem also the video having the same problem my ps5 has at least too me supports my idea of it being a software problem although you may be right since I'm not a technician i cannot confirm nor deny what your saying I'm just looking for a solution that does not rely on sending it in as i cant Sorry if this comes of as rude I'm not trying too be thank you for your answer

@LordKuma _ This is not something you can negotiate with anyone, not to mention us.

If you can't fix it, I don't see anyone else can, so you need to send it to Sony, or stay with this broken PS5 for now.
