You may be able to repair it yourself.

Here’s the Ifixit Visual Land Prestige 10 Motherboard Replacement guide.

This will help you to remove the motherboard so that you can inspect the micro USB port’s connection to the board to see if it is loose or if it is faulty and that the micro USB connector (supplier example only) will need to be replaced.

You will need smd (surface mount device) soldering skills and tools to do the re-soldering if it is just loose or the removal/replacement if it is faulty. There are YouTube videos that show how to smd solder USB connectors that may help you.

If doing this yourself seems too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote.

It may reduce the cost if you already remove the board from the tablet and if the USB connector needs replacing, get the replacement part, before you contact a repair service and ask for a quote simply to replace the port connector and that you will supply the parts and re-assemble the tablet etc. Just a thought.
