2 PS5 SSD installation - replacement screw and spacer
I tried to install a new WD SN850 SSD in my PS5 last night. However when I went to remove the screw and spacer in the bay, the screw was stuck, and I just can’t remove it at all. I’m looking for a replacement screw and spacer to fit the SSD. Does anyone have any recommendations from Amazon UK or any other retailer? I’ve contacted Sony, but they haven’t got back to me at all, which isn’t a good sign. Many thanks in advance.

I got the same problem too. Currently trying to find similar screw and spacer in SEA market but can't find nothing

@Akifan Jannata I still haven't had a response from Sony Customer Support. I'd happily buy the screw and spacer if I knew what I was looking for! So frustrating!

To replace the screw that holds down the M.2 access cover, use a M3 × 16 screw.
To replace the screw that holds down the M.2 SSD drive, use a P3 × 10 screw.
To replace the spacer that supports the M.2 SSD drive, use a spacer with the dimensions φ5.5 x 3.95 mm.

Where do they sell the spacers? I can't find it with an internet search.
