Run an audio troubleshooter to find and fix errors. Open a command prompt by typing CMD in the Search box at the bottom left of your display. Select “Command Prompt App” from the list of options. Then copy and paste %systemroot%\system32\msdt.exe -id AudioRecordingDiagnostic into the prompt. Follow the prompts to select your microphone and troubleshoot it.

After troubleshooting also it shows couldn’t find the issue.
If the troubleshooter did not find a problem, try going into Settings. Choose "Privacy" and then "Microphone". Then select "Allow apps to access your microphone". Is the app or browser you are using on the list? You may have to select it to allow it to access the microphone.
