fan constantly running and is very loud

so I upgraded the SSD on my Macbook air and ever since then the fan is non stop spinning. I have cleaned out the fan after completely removing it, reset the SMC and NVRAM not no change. the air blowing out is cool so the Mac isn’t over heating. Any help would be great!

Hello, I swapped out the SSD from my previous MacBook Air 2013. I swapped them around again and the problem still persists
