Neuer Akku lädt nicht (New battery not charging)

Ich habe den Akku gewechselt und muss leider feststellen, dass dieser nicht lädt. Alle weißen Lichter flackern beim bewegen der Zahnbürste über der Ladestation, außer die gelbe LED. Weiß jemand, wo das Problem liegen könnte?
