Why is my switch lite showing power off screen and then powering off.

My nintendo switch lite will show the power off screen when I get it on and then whether I put it in sleep mode on the screen or hit cancel or do anything it will power off and the only way to turn it on is with a charger. If I restart it, it will just restart regularly then once it's done it will instantly power off completely. The power button and volume keys work for like a minute or two but I can't get to the factory reset menu with them. (I don't want to factory reset it either.) I can get it to not power off for around ten minutes if I plug it into a computer, and if I transfer data to another switch it won't until its done, can someone help me.
