How to replace thunderbolt ports
the charging usb -c snapped off while charging so i need to replace the ports

from the looks of it step 4 in this
Teardown des MacBook Pro (13 Zoll, 2019, 2 Thunderbolt Ports)
goes over the process pretty well. also should be able to find the parts in this teardown also!
